Topdanmark looks forward to using mit.dk
For Topdanmark, mit.dk is a good example of a new platform with an interesting perspective. Therefore, the insurance company also looks forward to using mit.dk when the digital mail solution is launched on 30 November.
On Tuesday 30 November, the solution mit.dk launches, which makes it easy and straightforward to shop for digital mail from companies, authorities, organizations and the healthcare system.
For Danes, this means that in the future they will be able to pay their bills, chat with customer service and book meetings directly via mit.dk, while companies get completely new opportunities to interact with their customers via the digital mail.
One of the companies looking forward to the launch of mit.dk is Topdanmark. This is what the insurance company says in an article in Børsen.
We always look positively at innovative solutions, alternatives and new players who have the potential to create more value for our customers and optimize our business, eg offer new features, a more efficient setup or more competitive / attractive prices. This does not mean that we are dissatisfied with our current solutions, but we have at least an obligation to customers and shareholders to be curious and seek new opportunities when they arise," explains Thomas Erichsen, Executive Vice President for Technology & Development at Topdanmark, to Børsen and continues:
"mit.dk is a good example of a new platform with an interesting perspective. And Netcompany is also behind it, with which we also have a good collaboration in a number of other areas. We have entered into an agreement with mit.dk "to be able to use their solution when we and the solution are ready, and when we think it is relevant in relation to our customers and the service we can provide them. We are in dialogue with Netcompany," says Thomas Erichsen, Executive Vice President for Technology & Development in Topdanmark, to Børsen.
When Topdanmark has to enter into new agreements, it is done according to a special strategy. “We have a strategy that we should be where our customers want to interact with us. Therefore, it is often not a question of "either or", but more a question of expanding and developing our interfaces with customers when we enter into new agreements," says Thomas Erichsen to Børsen.
mit.dk is an open and flexible solution that works seamlessly in connection with companies and organizations' own self-service universes. At the same time, it will be easy and convenient to unite digital mail across public and private actors. All with a focus on a user experience in absolute top class.
