Ordinary personal data:

Consent: Our processing of your name and address takes place on the basis of consent from you, cf. the data protection regulation's article 6, section 1, letter a, with the purpose of uniquely identifying you as a user, if you are registered for Match.

Contract: With exception
of personal data listed below in connection with legitimate interest, we process your ordinary personal data with a view to fulfilling
an agreement, which you are party to, cf. the data protection regulation's article 6, section 1, letter b.

Legitimate Interests: In order to be able to pursue our legitimate interests, as described below,
we process information about your notification settings, and we store your acceptance of terms of use as well as your consent to processing of CPR number and Match on the basis of the data protection regulation's article 6, section 1, letter f. 

We store your acceptance of
the Terms and Conditions, and your consent to the processing of national identification number and Match to document your user registration and your consent to the processing the national identification number and Match. 

We process information about your notification settings in order to be able to send you notifications, e.g. in connection with new mail.

Additional personal data:

Consent: Our processing of your CPR number takes place on the basis of consent from you, cf. the data protection act's § 11, section 2, no. 2, with the purpose of uniquely identifying you as a user, and so you can receive mail from private companies and organizations.

We will retain your personal data as long as a user has been created on mit.dk and until 12 months from deactivation of the user profile.

Documentation for your acceptance of the terms of use is however stored for 5 years after you have ceased with
being a user on mit.dk. with a view to being able to document the legal basis for the processing.

The retention period
for personal data can in special cases be shorter or longer, e.g. if processing is necessary so that legal claims can be established, asserted or defended, or if it is necessary to comply with
legal requirements for deletion or retention

Specific for private users of mit.dk:

We store your CPR number and documentation for your consent to processing of your CPR number for 5 years, after you have ceased being a user on mit.dk.

We retain your consent for Match as long as you are signed up for Match and we will erase your consent immediately after you withdraw it. The consent will remain in the application log for up to 12 months following the withdrawal.
The address will be deleted after the next synchronization with the CPR registry.

Specifically for business users of mit.dk:

We store your CVR number and documentation of your consent to process your CVR number for 5 years after you have ceased to be a user on mit.dk.

We process your personal data to be able to update your contact information. 

We do this, i.e. by automatic updates through the Agency for Digital Government, if you have consented to this and by continuously reminding you to update your information.

Consent: Our processing of your information via the Danish Agency for Digital Government occurs on the basis of consent from you, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a.

Legitimate Interests: In order to be able to pursue our legitimate interests, as described below, we process your personal data, cf.
pursuant to GDPR Article 6.1.f.

We ask you to update your contact information continuously in order to be able to comply with our agreement
with the Danish Agency for Digital Government as public display client, and to ensure that you receive information about new mail and other important messages as well as to increase
the user experience.

Administration of your continuous
se includes the processing of personal data when you login to mit.dk, for
for security reasons, including verification of your identity by the login on mit.dk, as well as the processing of personal data in relation to the maintenance of mit.dk. 

Additionally, we anonymize your personal data for the purpose of creating statistics and analysis of the use of mit.dk.

records a snapshot of mit.dk

We process your personal data to document your user registration, your continuous use of mit.dk and your request of termination of your user at mit.dk.

We retain your consent for Match as long as you are signed up for Match and we will erase your consent immediately after you withdraw it. The consent will remain in the application log for up to 12 months following the withdrawal.
The address will be deleted after the next synchronization with the CPR registry. 

If you contact our customer support, we process your personal data to support you in relation to your use of mit.dk.

Private users and business users of mit.dk:

Information about your calls, including telephone number, is stored for 3 months after your
inquiry

#7 – Newsletter and Contact form

We process your personal data in
connection with sending our newsletter, if you have signed up to receive our news about mit.dk.

We process your personal data if you as a representative of a company have filled out our contact form with the purpose of being contacted to hear more about our products and services, to administer an existing or upcoming collaboration, to communicate with you, for marketing purposes and to improve our products and services.
