mit.dk enters into an agreement with the Danish Digitization Agency on the display of public digital mail
With the signatures in place, mit.dk has entered into an agreement with the Danish Digitization Agency, which secures mit.dk as a display client of the next generation of digital mail from the public sector.
Mit.dk and the Danish Digitization Agency have signed an agreement that ensures that mit.dk may display digital mail from the public sector when the next generation digital mail (NgDP) is rolled out.
The agreement means that Danes will be able to find their digital mail from the public sector in mit.dk when the platform is launched in the first quarter of 2022.
In addition to showing digital mail from both the public and private sectors, mit.dk will contain a large number of dynamic functionalities that will change the way Danes deal with digital mail.
At mit.dk it will be possible to pay bills, book appointments, chat with customer advisors and much more in one place.
The aim is to make the dialogue between public authorities, companies and citizens easier and more intuitive, so that it becomes more straightforward to act on the content of the digital mail.
Mit.dk has already entered into agreements with a number of companies, including Topdanmark, Norlys and Nasure.
mit.dk is an open and flexible solution that works seamlessly in connection with companies and organizations' own self-service universes. At the same time, it will be easy and convenient to unite digital mail across public and private actors. All with a focus on a user experience in absolute top class.
