In this privacy policy you can read about our processing of your personal data in relation to your use of mit.dk, including your use of the digital post solution "mit.dk" and the related products and services as well as the mit.dk website and the mit.dk mobile and tablet application.
In mit.dk you can see all your Digital Post from Public Senders, i.e., public authorities etc., as well as post from Private Senders, i.e., the companies, organizations etc., with whom mit.dk has signed an agreement with, and which you receive Digital Post from. The possibility to see Digital Posts from Public Senders in mit.dk is available as a supplement to your messages sent to your public postbox or Digital Post at borger.dk or virk.dk. We process your personal data for the administration of your continuous use of mit.dk. Administration of your continuous use includes the processing of personal data for purposes of security, including verification of your identity by the login on mit.dk, as well as the processing of personal data in relation to the maintenance of mit.dk. In relation to your use of mit.dk the application requires access to your calendar in order to create new appointments received in mit.dk, and to local storage in order for you to locally archive post received in mit.dk. Additionally, we anonymize your personal data for the purpose of creating statistics and analysis of the use of mit.dk.

- You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data
- You also have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
- If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before you withdrew your consent. You can withdraw your consent and make use of your rights as described below.
- You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
- You may always lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g., the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Furthermore, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data as follows:
- If processing of your personal data is based on article 6.1.f., see above regarding legal basis, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data.
- Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data about you for such mar-keting.
You can withdraw your consent by contacting us by e-mail: kundeservice@mit.dk. By withdrawing your consent to the processing of national identification number, the consequence will in practice be that your account will be deleted.
There may be conditions or limitations on these rights. It is therefore not certain for example that you have the right of data portability in the specific case. This depends on the specific circumstances of the processing activities.
