DK Hostmaster will strengthen customer communication with mit.dk

The Danish domain administrator DK Hostmaster chooses mit.dk as the digital mail solution of the future with a clear goal of being able to strengthen communication with customers.

When the solution mit.dk is launched in the first quarter of 2022 Danes will be able to look forward to reading, saving and responding to digital mail from authorities and private companies.

The purpose of mit.dk is to strengthen the interaction between citizens and society, and therefore Danes will be able to pay bills, chat with customer service and book meetings directly through mit.dk, when the functions become available in early 2022.

One of the companies that has joined mit.dk is DK Hostmaster, which since 1999 has managed domain names that end with .dk.

At DK Hostmaster, mit.dk has been chosen to increase and strengthen communication with customers. This is central, as DK Hostmaster is a large and important part of the Danes' digital daily life with over 1.3 million registered domain names.

Therefore, it is incredibly important for DK Hostmaster that we can be sure that our customers receive invoices and other inquiries from us quickly and safely. Payments of invoices will be one of the new functionalities that will make it easier for Danes to respond to the digital mail. The payment solution will be available in mit.dk at the beginning of 2022.
