The many new opportunities for digital dialogue in mit.dk are made available as part of the omnichannel solution at the Nordic provider of communication solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With mit.dk, companies and organizations get access to a completely new communication platform, which makes the dialogue between citizens, companies and public authorities easier and more intuitive. From 21 March 2022, all citizens over the age of 15 will receive digital mail from the public sector and a number of companies in mit.dk. In that connection, Netcompany and PostNord Str\u00e5lfors have entered into a cooperation agreement so that PostNord Str\u00e5lfors can sell mit.dk\u2019s services to its customers. It will also be possible for mit.dk's customers to use PostNord Str\u00e5lfors' services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are completely new opportunities for interaction and digital dialogue in mit.dk, which does not just open up for receiving and reading digital mail on a user-friendly platform. For example, it will be possible to pay bills, book appointments, chat with customer service, record consumption information and much more in one place - without having to log in to other sites. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PostNord Str\u00e5lfors already handles more than one billion messages annually as the market leader in Customer Communication Management (CCM) in the Nordic region. Now private companies, organizations and authorities also get access to mit.dk via PostNord Str\u00e5lfors' omnichannel solution - and can give their customers the opportunity to respond to the digital mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
