mit.dk is based on MeMo, which is the Danish Agency for Digital Government's new data and interaction-based message format. With MeMo as a basis, you get new opportunities to control the customer journey across platforms. For example, it is possible to integrate mit.dk with the company's self-service, so customers do not experience transitioning from one universe to another when they need to communicate or interact with the company.<\/p>\n
In collaboration with KL, KOMBIT, and 20 municipalities, we at Netcompany have conducted an analysis of how municipalities can get the most out of the MeMo format.
